Dr PC is customer centric, all team members follow strict protocol in the way we engage customers from our uniform, documentation and professional approach ensures consistency of service and support across our entire team.
When a team member joins Dr PC it is the beginning of their educational journey. We encourage and support them to improve their skills knowledge and understanding by undertaking specific courses to enhance these very important attributes. We don’t employ “Nerds” or “Geeks”. We only employ people who truly understand customer service who just happen to be very Technology savvy.

Our objective is to continue the growth of our success by fostering the high standards of service and product we are setting in the industry. We will also achieve this objective through a well managed expansion process on a national basis and diversification in such areas as becoming a Recognized Training Organization (RTO).
